good location but hard to navigate and park.
Bad experience, the nurse was nice but they're still charged my insurance for a surgery i didn't do. I had my period unexpectedly i told the doctor right away the day before. She sent a medication for me to take, but my period was still extremely heavy. I told the nurse she told me the medication wouldn't suppose to work cause it was too close to surgery. Nothing from the doctor Yet, I left her a message she didn't reply, I called the office multiple times and no one answered. I feel they just wanted money for the insurance ... read more
The OBGYN in the outpatient facility is HORRIBLE. I not only filled out my paperwork, for a new patient appointment there was a detour so we were late 6 minutes, we drove over 30 minutes to get here just to be told we couldn’t have a 15 minute grace period and would need to reschedule, in spite of calling 3 times to let them know we were lost and no one picking up. Go literally anyone else, the ladies at the front desk were entirely rude.
I wasn't feeling well last visit and a receptionist wheeled me to the right building. GPS had me in the wrong place.
