I don't typically write reviews on things, but after my experience here, I felt obligated to do so. My fiancée had her gallbladder removed here on March 20th, 2026 with Dr. Sharma. From the time we arrived until after the surgery, the experience here was very positive. The preop staff was very professional and friendly. Dr. Sharma was outstanding, and I would highly recommend her to others. The surgery was completed ahead of schedule with no complications. The lady working at the outpatient pavilion directory table (with glasses and a short bowl cut) made my spouse feel very embarrassed while already being nervous for a doctor's appointment. I'm not sure what the point of her job is if she is just going to humiliate patients when they ask for directions. I recommend visitors to ask a friendlier staff member. Otherwise, it is a nice hospital.
good location but hard to navigate and park.
Bad experience, the nurse was nice but they're still charged my insurance for a surgery i didn't do. I had my period unexpectedly i told the doctor right away the day before. She sent a medication for me to take, but my period was still extremely heavy. I told the nurse she told me the medication wouldn't suppose to work cause it was too close to surgery. Nothing from the doctor Yet, I left her a message she didn't reply, I called the office multiple times and no one answered. I feel they just wanted money for the insurance ... read more
