I have major dental anxiety and I waited 3 years to go to a dentist once we moved here. Thankfully I found Dr. Robinson and his practice. Everyone here is awesome and so friendly. The office manager is above and beyond awesome, the front desk person always puts me in a good mood, I adore my Hygienist, and Dr. Robinson's kind, conservative approach to treatment is so appreciated. So much integrity and honesty in this office.

Honestly? I love the hygienist but the customer service is awful! The dentist himself barely even speaks. After going there for 7 years I still barely know him. The billing lady is the worst there is. So so rude! There are plenty other dentists to go to. Don’t bother going here. I was pretty wrongly untreated and I’m Still quite upset about it. Dentist never returned my call

The doctor and his entire staff make dental care less scary. I used to have a lot of anxiety when going to the dentist, but now that I am a patient at Kennestone Dental Group, I no longer stress about it.

VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE - BEEN LOYAL CUSTOMER EVEN AFTER BOTCHED PROCEDURE - JUST CALLED TO HAVE MY NEXT APPT MOVED BECAUSE THEY SCHEDULED ME ON THE WRONG DAY - AFTER 10 MINUTES ON HOLD - VERY RUDE RECEPTIONIST!!!!!!
