The gal that did the paperwork (Jennifer) was very nice, but somehow when my Dad's service came around, the Cemetary got the times mixed up. They thought the service started at 2:00, when it really started at 3:00. In short, my husband was still talking around 4:00, when the "cemetary lady" came over and basically told us to wrap it up,,,,.then when they were putting my father in the crypt, she approaches me and asks how I'm going to pay the $600 overtime fee.
