AWESOME FOOD AND GREAT SERVICE!!! YOU MUST CHECK IT OUT!!!!
Food was delicious, except one plate, grilled shrimp, came out cold. Sent plate back, took about 20min to get a replacement. Wait was long, early dinner on a Monday, made worse because of the unorganized hostess/seating procedure.
I'm from Mobile Alabama, so I know good seafood, Kenner Seafood has GREAT seafood... Even though the seafood was great the best part of eating there twice was the awesome staff and owner... Miss Trudy, the owner loves what she does and it shows, she treated me like I was an old friend... Miss Ashley our server the first night was "spot on", great attitude & sense of humor... I just sat at the bar the second time I went there and Miss Stephanie, the bar tender, continued with fantastic service and made me feel like family... ... read more

Ordered the Dungess Crab - was soooo spicy I had I send it back. They did not ask if I wanted another choice,ten minutes later they brought back the crab and said they soaked it in water hoping to get rid of some of the spicy seasoning. Was not about to try to eat watery very spicy crab and did not offer to at least deduct a couple of dollars - some customer service. I will never give them my business again.
This place is par at best. We had the crawfish onion blossom which had absolutely no taste whatsoever. The breaking was literally tasteless. As far as the other dishes of blackened shrimp and fish, which were described as spicy, they were also not up to typical Louisiana seafood quality. Probably won't be back as there are too many other options out there.
