SHADY SHADY SHADY! Make sure you read your lease very closely as ALICE MYERS and LAUREN FISHKI will try to find a loophole to rip you off any way they can. Good people all over this place.
I would post negative stars if possible. This company is a joke and a disgrace to society. This company has bought property where I live and raised the cost of living by 40-50%. Essentially giving an eviction notice. This is awful to the people in the community as Californians continue to take advantage of our way of living. If someone from Kennedy Wilson is reading this review, a majority of the residents here do not like your kind. Karma really sucks.
