Very Bad Experience Hi, We had a leak and our roof needed to be repaired . I have found Kennedy Roofing by searching online. When I called, they were very friendly and we have scheduled a time to meet. The sales person was very nice and helpful and he took notes while we were doing the walk thru. He recommended that one part of the roof had to be replaced with the new one and he would also do a walk thru the roof to make sure patch some places if necessary. very helpful with small repair We had a leak in the garage that was a pain in the neck because we couldn't figure out where it was coming from. We called Kennedy Roofing to see what they could do. Thankfully, the issue was easily remedied by a simple, small repair. Big relief.
KENNEDY ROOFING=POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE Called a few roofing companies that were recommended through an online website - Kennedy Roofing was one of them- to get quotes on re-tiling my roof. Scheduled an appointment to have Bill (owner) come out for an estimate for a Friday at noon. Apparently he forgot about the appointment and when I called him to confirm that I hadn't written the time down wrong he spent 10 minutes before he found my information. Finally got him to show up a couple of hours later, he seemed like he knew what... read more
