I am very disappointed in the lack of responsiveness of this contractor. He was assigned to our service request by American Home Shield scheduled for 3 pm on 6-15-21. at 2:55 pm when I had not heard any estimated arrival time, I called, and followed up 5 times with text messages asking for an update. no response. Then finally at 7:08 pm he responded saying his truck had stopped at our home and he had pictures (of course never sent because it was not true). Absolutely not true, we have 2 large dogs that alert us to anyone on ... read more

Customer was not there so no service was provided. Hope they can find help for there problems. We never stepped foot on there property as gate was locked.
