I live on Bryant Grove property and I just love the management, they care and work with you. Amanda is the best so far. I just signed a new lease.
my roommates and my townhouse has been good. don't know what the other person roach problem was but we not see any. maybe they don't know to clean? :) close to UCO classes. could use some new paint outside but our place is good inside. quiet and nice to see a new manager. never saw the old one except if rent not paid on time.
The apartment is painted poorly and the cabinets stick from bad paint. The carpets are gross and the bathroom is very dirty from the start. I have never seen so many roaches in an apartment. Every apartment has them and they never get anyone in there to fix it. It is the nastiest thing i have ever seen or lived in.
