The wait was over an hour before even seeing the doctor. That was my only negative about the visit. Dr. Pollard is wonderful- very personable, easy to talk to, and takes his time with you.

What I like to Dr. Franklin is he take his time to listen about my concerns and he explained well the benefits of my meds . Also he’s my family primary care physician since 2008.
From the nursing staff to especially the one-of-a-kind Dr. Hooper, I feel like I am a more part of a family than a doctor’s office — honest, caring, and exceptionally talented. I could not rate this place and experience any higher.
