Just looking over documents making sure I’d handled everything since my husband’s death. I Called in to see if they had a part for my motor. The person who I talked to on the phone was very rude and arrogant. Seaming very annoyed that I was bothering him, telling me that they don't do over the counter sales and only had parts for in-house repairs. I asked if i could at least get the part number for what i was looking for, his response was some website and go find it yourself. I'll never step foot in that place.

Was having the problems with my 70 hp Johnson called and got me in the next week. I went over the issues I was having and he had a good idea what was going on. Brought it up on a Saturday morning and he had it done Monday. Took it out for a test run and it ran perfectly no problems. It helps when you have the great mechanic that nows his stuff. He had time to go over everything he did and gave me tips on the motor. Wouldn’t take a motor anywhere else. Great service at a good cost. Thanks

Humanity first business will be my second point..
