Building, apartment, amenities, other tenants and Willy(Super) are very respectful and nice. I lived there for 16 months. However, RACHEL and MATTHEW and the management/landlord(HOPKINS) are absolutely horrible, disrespectful, unethical, and clearly do not know the laws. After a first increase of 50$ a month, they tried to raise my rent 20% about 400$ a month with almost no notice for a STUDIO(I LIVE ALONE)Which in legal terms is known as an unconscionable increase they harassed me for months constantly. .
