Went in to try and get info about dealing with an SRO, though everyone was nice. They was in and out of the room that by the time I was done and out $350 for something I could have wrote at home and sent to a place that I didn’t feel was the problem. My daughters let down still not handled. Kinda made me feel like was it because we didn’t look like we was made of money or because not a big enough issue but still wanted to make a quick buck. My daughter was run over on a college campus in the crosswalk. She was the victim and is still receiving medical bills and was just served a summons to appear in court over an unpaid bill. I don't feel the onus should be on her (the victim) to prove the medical bills were paid. The accident, which I know can happen to anyone, caused her enough stress already. I've always trusted the Kennedy Law Firm for their good reputation and Christian outlook, however, her attorney has disappointed us.
