They are vultures! Unless you are going to get big money from a settlement they will not fight for you, I was assigned a novice attorney who didn’t even specialize in child custody, had a sub attorney who didnt prep me or prep themselves. Had me in the middle of custody court write down questions I wanted to be asked to the plaintiff... didn’t disclose any Pretrial findings.... RecommendedI had recieved 2 tickets one for driving on suspended and speeding. Mr. Kennedy was able to get continuance to have the time to get my license reinstated and also get both tickets dismissed. Overall a good experience very knowledgeable and and extremely friendly along with his staff.
