Tom is an excellent inspector. He does a thorough job and writes an excellent report. He is very patient with home buyers, willing to explain problems he comes across and answers all buyer's questions. His prices are very reasonable and he sends reports promptly. Ross is amazing! We have used him twice. The first house we ended up not going with because of his inspection. The second house was a winner. He is very though and I mean though! When your done with him you will have a manual for your new house or know more about someone else's house then you ever wanted to know! I would highly recommend him! He is a pro and very personable!
