The whole process of building with Kennedy Homes has been a breeze. Starting with their sales rep, we discussed what we wanted, while they exceeded expectations on fine tuning our specifications. Dealing with ******* Homes could not have been a more positive experience. Everything was clearly explained up front and all decisions were discussed fully every step of the way. Eric ******* treated me like family, was very patient with me and helped me every step of the way. All of his contractors were pleasant and understanding with any questions I would present. If they had questions along the way they did not hesitate to include me in making the final decision.
