Sadly, we had the same experience as the last customer. Raghav promised to have a mechanism on a recliner fixed within a couple days. It's been over a month and he never calls with an update, we always have to call him and he repeatedly says he is working on it. I'm not sure how he expects to get repeat customers if he treats the new ones he has so badly. We now have to contact our credit card company, Better Business Bureau and Global News to bring attention to this unethical seller who has our deposit.
