Normally a good experience getting work done at the dealership but it seems to be slipping, brought my 2016 f150 in for a couple recalls, they spilled antifreeze in my cab and when they did the recall on my wiper linkage they didn't snap the vent covers back down and I almost lost one on the highway. Asked for an oil change and they rotated my tires without asking.
