We’re a construction company serving the Florida Panhandle and hired Mr. Kennedy to help finish two homes that were already about 90% drawn after our previous draftsman had to step away. I am so glad we found Scott to handle our custom house plan! We had a rough draft of what we wanted and he was great to provide insight and suggestions as we worked through to the final permit ready plan - at a very fair price! His honesty and quick response time is refreshing - he quickly jumped on a last minute change allowing the permit to be finalized within the week of our request to Scott. Highly recommend!
