I am so glad we found Scott to handle our custom house plan! We had a rough draft of what we wanted and he was great to provide insight and suggestions as we worked through to the final permit ready plan - at a very fair price! His honesty and quick response time is refreshing - he quickly jumped on a last minute change allowing the permit to be finalized within the week of our request to Scott. Highly recommend!

Having engineered 118 projects for Scott in the past couple years, I can say there is no designer or architect in Northwest Florida more competent. Scott understands framing and construction and does an excellent job during the design process eliminating or mitigating potential issues. I have very few call-backs from builders on his projects.
