Not really sure the staff is really great and helpful
I thought the entire visit was rather quick. I believe it may have taken just as long to check out as it did for my child's exam and xrays. Maybe having more receptionists available to check out....

No improvement needed. Every staff member from front desk or the dental personnel to the orthodontist team well everyone that works there are always very nice and caring towards myself and my parents always helpful with my appointments and working with my mom.
Everything was good.
