We recently bought a property and Kennedy was the representative for the seller. She was short and curt with her responses. They also didn’t disclose a well permit and potential plot layout. Lastly, they didn’t turn over the gate keys. The seller (or their realtor) should have provided for access to the property area.
Kennedy is an outstanding agent. She listened to the needs I had and met everything I needed. I actually got more of a house than I thought I would be able to. I would recommend her to anyone that is in the market to buy a house.
