Not a great experience. Worked for me for 3 years and should have allowed everything to end after purchasing the property. Do your research upon multiple property management services before you sign a contract. I didn’t get along well with these folks at all. They got me great tenant fast because they set the rate for my property so low that almost anyone could’ve qualified. Not the best experience for me. Was happy to take my app fee after lying about the status of the home, stating there were no current applicants. It's been a week now with zero follow up. Be careful when dealing with realtors when looking to rent a house. I'm out of state and needed the assistance to help find a home and Patrick took full advantage of this.
