Not a great experience. Worked for me for 3 years and should have allowed everything to end after purchasing the property. Do your research upon multiple property management services before you sign a contract. I didn’t get along well with these folks at all. They got me great tenant fast because they set the rate for my property so low that almost anyone could’ve qualified.
