I really appreciate Donna for calling me and gently reminding me that it has been a while since my last official cleaning (three years, my bad). Another great experience with Jennifer Smart. She is so knowledgeable and thorough. Truly creating a "customer for life "experience. She set my mind at ease regarding some pressure sensitivity I am having with a bunch of new crowns. Additionally, the Donna at the front desk is a standout. So welcoming and positive. Great staff and service experience overall.
I had 2 fillings replaced this morning. They were old silver fillings, and I've been encouraged by the KCD team to have them removed and replaced w/ resin fillings. The process, though not pleasant, was not painful in the least. Both the dentist and assistant made every effort to be sure I was comfortable throughout. Now, hours later, the rim of one of the teeth that was involved is a bit sharp - I may go back to have that smoothed down, But, otherwise, things seem fine.
