Heidi was very thorough and explained both positive areas and room for improvements for Alex. She showed areas of concern on the screen which was a great visual for Alex to see.
As always staff are professional, caring, and fun. It was the first time I had a cleaning in 56 degree temperature. Thanks for the new adventure. Kudos to staff for handling it in a positive way. I am glad my appointment was not cancelled.
As always, the staff was friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is very relaxing. The technology they have makes me feel like I am getting the most I can for the money that is spent.

Put a 9 below, because as much as I appreciate *you* it is very expensive and although I personally have not shopped around I might encourage others to do so, based on fees alone....
