I needed to reschedule my cleaning appointment and was able to come in the same day I called.
Always a pleasant experience. The professionalism goes beyond the facility and most up to date technology in equipment and procedures, but continues through the staff from their "chair-side" manner to check out.
Please know that an email (1) to remind one of an appointment is fine. But anything else unless I request it is SPAM. Just because the technology allows it does not mean you have to do it.
Linda always does a great job cleaning my teeth.
As always, a great job. However, it did not occur to me until the day after the cleaning/X-rays that the hygienist forgot to ask if I needed any of your free dental-cleaning related implements such as floss to take home. I really don't need any at the moment but in hindsight I'm surprised she forgot.
As I am "dentist shy" from some childhood stuff,I must say that my new dentist,Kelly, was just wonderful..She explained the procedures calmly and professionally and I was put at ease right away..You ALL are the best and I will always be grateful to Marcie (Moon)and her family for finding Dr.Iriana,Linda,Teri,Donna,Linda at the desk for your warm welcomes and kindness..Thank you! Hi Donna, I'm old school so I really do not need all these e-mails since I will most likely just delete them. Perhaps just an old fashion phone call a day or two prior to my appointment would be sufficient!!! Like always, It's a pleasure communicating with you!!!
High tech, professional, warm & caring. I never had a problem going to the dentist until one bad experience made me feel nervous and fearful. My most recent visit for a crown and filling changed all that. It was a breeze. I used my ipod to drown out the drill sounds and felt relaxed and calm under Dr. Sudikof's skillful hands. I think I may have even dozed off.... Thank you!!
First time in my life I'm not dreading going to the dentist! Thank you!
