After expressing my frustration for the delays in my order, they told me that their time was more valuable than mine. I couldn't continue working with them after that.
Stay away from this place they are so rude and they will make you wait weeks like what do the employees do all day??
I went to Kennebec Pharmacy in Rockport, Maine today because I had a question about my Cpap machine and talked with customer service rep, Justine Sawyer. She was very knowledgeable and knew immediately what needed to be done with the new machine, she was very friendly and helpful, I was in and out of the store in no time!
Extremely Deceptive business practices. I asked how much the CPAP would cost me and was told, "just take it HOME we'll figure out how much to charge you later with your insurance." I should have never allowed for that- when I take a car home from the dealer I know exactly what I'm paying. Next thing I know I have a bill that looks like a phone number and I'm on the hook for $4,000 BECAUSE I TOOK THE CPAP HOME!!!!
