I’ve been coming here for 10 years no issues. Dr. Macalister is the sweetness man ever. BUT who ever was at the desk today (new lady) was extremely rude and snappy. I’ve never had there staff act like this before.

Two years ago I came in with a tick bite. The PA I saw said no bullseye, no antibotics. After years of declining health and weird symptoms, it was finally confirmed I have Lyme disease, which because was left unchecked might never be cured ... just hopefully contained. I am also hoping I can find someone in my limited insurance network that can help me.
Never again. Rude staff. Money Gin. Over booked. Nothing is resolved. Joke. Fr Go up on KMD Inland ..anyone.😅😅
Great staff, pleasant and efficient. It was an hour and a half wait, but so much better than most ER's, and they kept you moving through so at least you weren't just sitting in one spot the whole time.
