I recommend it for regular scheduled visits but I am not impressed with sick time. We waited over an hour to be seen!!

Disgraceful. They will not accept my 6 mo old as a patient out of their own personal judgements. Kennebec, Winthrop and everyone associated with them should be ashamed for letting a baby go untreated and denying her in general at every office. Do not recommend at all.
They dropped my son as a patient with no notice. Front desk staff is snippy and not very helpful. Not courteous at all. My son is a transplant patient and immuno-suppressed. We were told they would keep him as a patient until he finished college but he was dropped at 18 without even a courtesy notification.
Canceled my daughters appointment without telling me.
I’ve been coming here for 10 years no issues. Dr. Macalister is the sweetness man ever. BUT who ever was at the desk today (new lady) was extremely rude and snappy. I’ve never had there staff act like this before.
