Pros: Great location. Cant beat it. Walking distance to downtown elmhurst (you’re basically in downtown already, just across the tracks) Very safe area. Cheapest rent you’ll probably find in the area. Management is generally responsive and decently friendly, will fix problems. Cons: There is basically no soundproofing. Regularly hear my neighbors having normal inside voice level conversations. Also arguments you will hear every word. Interesting if you are bored, not fun if you trying to sleep or work.
