The worst customer service I have ever seen. Being a Home Stager and being involved in the real estate market - I was very cautious who to book my personal house with. We moved into our new home built by Kenmore in Doon South, Kitchener - 5 months ago and I am so glad and happy with our house and its construction. The best part was that the standard collections had great choices and they were very flexible to modify floor plans as needed!
Love the builders they are amazing to deal with and are all very knowledgeable. The masons are incredible!!
The worst builder and customer service you could think of…that's what you get when you buy a "high end" house from this builder if I may call them a builder... it's a nightmare. Run and don't look back because you will be sorry. Liz will ignore your calls and emails and before you sign all the paperwork they will represent themselves as the top builder. Save yourself a headache.
