Went to Kenmore Camera because of the anniversary sale. Store was busy as due to sale, which I knew it was going to be. Got helped out by Tom Hopkins. He did wonderful job helping get the products I needed. After paying for my gear, he gave me his card and thanked me for my purchase today. Definitely made me feel great and I didn't feel like a number walking in and out the store. I will continue to buy from Kenmore Camera. Thank you again Tom!

The first time I brought my aging Lumix into the store I was dismissed by an aloof employee and told my camera wasn't worth fixing. I posted about my experience and they were quick to respond that they were equally disappointed and asked me to give them another chance. I brought the camera back in and they tested the battery, which turned out to be dead. A new battery has my camera functioning perfectly again. Thank you for taking the time to care about a customer's satisfaction and helping me fix the problem.
