Great place, great people. Just wished they had a plastic monopod that would fit a small camera (Olympus TG-4) in stock to use for salt water dives. Nice candy store for those in the craft (Don't slip and fall on the drool). :)
I have purchased two different items with Kenmore Camera in the last month. My first online order was placed on Wednesday and the item arrived on Friday! I have to say that was super impressive being they are located in Washington (state) and I am in Georgia. My second online order was again placed on Wednesday and the item was received Friday afternoon. Outside of the fast shipping, the employees that I have spoken with over the phone have been extremely polite. This is my go to camera store for all my future needs.
They put the customer before the sale, they will never sale you something you don't need. They are enthusiastic and eager to share their knowledge about photography equipment so you can make an informed decision as to what to purchase

I have made 3 separate purchases from them and all of the experiences have been great. The most recent, today, I had the pleasure of working with the owner, Bob. Just a down-to-earth genuine person. So refreshing to still see that in customer service nowadays. No one has ever been pushy with sales. They are patient in answering questions and showing you products.
