Nothing like getting locked out of your home because they have a touch pad entrance which failed. Stove was on food cooking and can't re-enter the rental unit. Made a call to their emergency line , was told to drive to Trenton Ont to meet someone with a key. On the was we get a call saying call a locksmith at OUR EXPENSE. This wasn't our fault at all and the company was to lazy to meet us with a key. Lucky the house didn't burn down. A call to the township is in order for an inspection.
