If i could give this place 0 stars i would. I cannot WAIT for my lease to be over. NOTHING in this apartment works, The dishwasher, The washer and dryers suck,the garbage disposal , oven, The heat/ac is always acting up, The maintenance people here are only here for the pay check and i’ve even had them say they came into the house for routine maintenance and i guess they didn’t know i was home bc they left a ticket on the door and never came in. Nice apartments. Most have balconies. It s little expensive for my taste but everyone is different.
Ive been renting for over 10 years and I can say with 100% seriousness that this was one of my favorite places to rent from. Of course there are the typical "issues" that come with renting, like bad neighbors or dog poop not being picked up, but this community is really great overall. Everyone from the front office to maintenance were wonderful to work with. Please repaint the parking lot lines and numbers and offer a lock for the front entry door to the building. Besides that, everything else is great!
