Kenley square apartment complex has been great! Management and staff are very friendly and professional at the same time. It has been nice to be here visiting my daughter and family in the area , yet keeping my home in Florida!!!!

Always patient and kind and understanding
I've lived at Kenley Square Apartments for nearly a year now. It's a great place to live! It's quiet, looks great, and is well maintained. I would recommend this complex to anyone.
If i could give this place 0 stars i would. I cannot WAIT for my lease to be over. NOTHING in this apartment works, The dishwasher, The washer and dryers suck,the garbage disposal , oven, The heat/ac is always acting up, The maintenance people here are only here for the pay check and i’ve even had them say they came into the house for routine maintenance and i guess they didn’t know i was home bc they left a ticket on the door and never came in.
