I’ve lived here for about 7.5 months so far and I am not impressed. The apartment is expensive and upkeep isn’t all that great. I’ve had a few maintenance concerns, to include water leaking into the apartment through the window seals and ceiling when it rains. I would say do a little research and trust some of the reviews before moving here.

Someone on Townhill plays his radio extremely loud every afternoon. Apartment management will do nothing
It's a decent community but overall I'm not impressed. The layout of the complex is a little different. My bedroom window is facing the courtyard and the front of the building therefore as people are walking from the parking lot to their unit I hear all the noise. Last year they offered us the option to have a washer and dryer installed and we declined since it would take up the limited closet space that we have but this year we are forced to have a washer and dryer therefore I completely lost my hall closet.
