Edit: Changing my rating to 5 stars. TL;DR, whoever I spoke to on the phone was wrong. The manager talked with me on her own about review, and reassured me that this is NOT how it was supposed to go. They DO make exceptions to their fee policy if the child is sick, fever, throwing up, etc. as well as if there is an emergency. Whoever I had talked to was wrong, and I was apologized to for the error. Daughter is sick and throwing up with a low grade fever. I called in the morning to cancel our end of day appointment, and was told we'd be charged a $45 cancellation fee for having a sick child. I asked if I should just bring my sick child, they said yes. So beware, they will encourage sick children who are contagious to come and interact with the waiting room, toys, and therapist.

Highly recommend, my son had OT and PT there and is going great with their help. All the therapists are incredibly professional, kind, patient, and loving.
