Edited comment below original Absolutely had the BEST service at KENecticut Hardware! Just bought a snow blower from them and Teddy was great, explained the whole machine to me! Thanks to Dan too for helping with my pick up...TOP NOTCH customer service!!! Well this review just went from a 5 to a 1...I am shocked you let Teddy go. That man has the kindest most gentlest heart of any man I've ever known and always provided amazing service. Shame on you Kenecticut Hardware. I'll never shop there or recommend you again �
