Big thanks to Jimmy & Ray for helping me out today with a delivery of firewood blocks. Not only did they deliver them only hours after I bought them, but I was worried about not having time to move them from my driveway into my garage and they were able to slide the stack in so that they were protected from the elements and I could re-stack them at another time. Much appreciated.
The whole team were so amazing! We needed a grill after grill season and they made sure they found the perfect one for us special ordered!! That shows the level of care, passion, and consideration that only Kenecticut true value & home improvement could’ve delivered! We will be back again! Thank you especially to Ray Fontaine for making this such an easy and simple process. Your store and team are amazing!!
Went in to Kennecticut Hardware today and extremely disappointed to see MAGA hats being displayed/sold. I guess you're well within your right to do so, just and I'm well within my right to no longer shop there. I'm all for supporting our local businesses, but Kennecticut Hardware will no longer be one of them.
Overpriced and more junk like K-Mart
Ray and his staff are always so very helpful. I find he is less expensive than the Big Box Stores. I bought 80lbs of Concrete mix for a $1.85 more than the 60lb bag at the Corporate Yard. We are lucky to have them in our town.

The store is so clean and stocked and always have everything I need!!!! The staff is awesome and always helping me get what I need! I recommend everyone to go there. They are the best!
Amazing customer service! Called to order a Weber grill as a surprise Father’s Day gift for my husband. Within 2 hours, it was delivered, already assembled! Great products and even better service! I highly recommend Kenecticut True Value!
