I’ve been buying the hair for five years now. I absolutely love their hair. No other hair matches my hair texture. Also the hair holds a curl really well.
My daughter has purchased hair for years and we love the exceptional quality! But I also have to take a moment to speak about their exceptional service!!! We had a package that was lost in the mail. FedEx, was HORRIBLE, but Kendra’s followed the process through to the end, guided us step by step, then offered the hair or a refund (we took the hair)!!! The staff was exceptional, knowledgeable, and patient with us. Amazing hair, and amazing service!!
