My mother and I visited this location this past week. It was my first time visiting a Kendra Scott store and I was very excited to pick out my first pieces ever. Although the store was beautiful and the selections were lovely, I was truly disappointed in the customer service of this location. My mother and I were browsing and I made multiple laps around the store and were never approached by the staff to provide assistance or to answer our questions. The new store is finally open and it looks great! I worked with Anna and she was incredibly helpful. She made the whole experience easy and helped me find everything I needed. Highly recommend asking for her!
