I recently visited the Kendra Scott store with my mom because I wanted to treat her to the Color Bar experience and share something that I had always thought felt special and memorable. Poor customer service by the taller blonde woman, receipt shows cashier name Kendra M. She made me feel like I was inconveniencing her when I bought an item and then rudely handed it to me to rush me out. Unsure what I did other than walk in, quietly browse and purchase jewelry. Other customers had come in and were nicely greeted. Weird. Anyways, I do not recommend this place to any one.

An outlet for fashion jewellery ( rings, ear rings, necklaces, bracelets , chains or other customised items). Kendra Scott is a pure business and certainly not philanthropy; however, keeping promises, charging minimal profits, maintaining good quality of products and above all adhering to moral values of customer dealing is no less than philanthropy! Staff is helpful.Recommend for customised services.

Do NOT order from Kendra Scott to for home deliveryof their jewelry. They shipped my order to the wrong address and didn't even try to remedy the problem-- told me it was my job to track down the incorrectly delivered item and didn't offer credit or refund. Customer Service is GARBAGE. If I could give less than 1 star, I would. Take your patronage somewhere that values customers & Customer Service
