Do NOT order from Kendra Scott to for home deliveryof their jewelry. They shipped my order to the wrong address and didn't even try to remedy the problem-- told me it was my job to track down the incorrectly delivered item and didn't offer credit or refund. Customer Service is GARBAGE. If I could give less than 1 star, I would. Take your patronage somewhere that values customers & Customer Service
The staff here is always friendly and helpful - even if you don’t buy anything, they always offer to help you and offer assistance in trying jewelry on! Not to mention they grant you 50% off their fashion jewelry during your birthday month!
Ava was a delight! I had a ring delivered but it was still in their mailbox. It was a long walk away and I didn’t want to make her walk in her heels but she insisted it was ok. I was running late to the airport so she had it shipped to my house the next day!
Teenagers love it here!
