Do NOT order from Kendra Scott to for home deliveryof their jewelry. They shipped my order to the wrong address and didn't even try to remedy the problem-- told me it was my job to track down the incorrectly delivered item and didn't offer credit or refund. Customer Service is GARBAGE. If I could give less than 1 star, I would. Take your patronage somewhere that values customers & Customer Service

Every time I come to this location I have such a great experience. All of the associates are kind, friendly, helpful and offer great suggestions! Special shout out to Shelby- knowledgeable, happy to help, and hilarious.
I had the best afternoon with my daughter shopping here at the Fashion Valley location, finding a gift for grandma! Ava, the kind sales woman on staff, was so sweet and involved with helping my daughter and myself find just the right pieces of jewelry. I love how they give you the option to design your own pieces. Plus at the location I was at, they were giving out homemade cookies at no extra charge! I also love that Kendra Scott donates to non-profit female entrepreneurs!
