I had the best afternoon with my daughter shopping here at the Fashion Valley location, finding a gift for grandma! Ava, the kind sales woman on staff, was so sweet and involved with helping my daughter and myself find just the right pieces of jewelry. I love how they give you the option to design your own pieces. Pricey, even though it's mostly costume jewelry. I was given a gift and wanted to exchange it for something I'd actually wear. They refused to exchange it because it was custom-made, as if the earrings and necklace weren't exactly like everything else in the store. They could very easily re-sell the items. I won't be wearing the jewelry and won't return to a store that doesn't want its own items back.
