I really like the necklace I customized, but I was disappointed that my 50% birthday discount only applied to the chain. The stones only got a 20% student discount because they were treated as separate items. When I recreated the same necklace online, the full 50% applied to everything. The necklace is beautiful, but the discount inconsistency left me frustrated.
The store was beautiful and the jewelry was amazing, but one employee was very rude when we were picking out our gems.
Always have such a great experience coming to this location. Staff is always helpful and friendly and this last visit was no different. Bri was very helpful, offering great advice and assistance while I debated (and I debated for a while, she was patient and really helpful), a bottle of water while I shopped, very friendly and just all around great experience as always.
Briana had amazing customer service. She helped me pick out the perfect bracelet to surprise my girlfriend with. Make sure you guys ask for Briana she’s the best!
