This review is specifically for the Tysons location. I debated posting this, but after seeing that my experience isn’t the norm at other Kendra Scott stores, I felt it was important to share. I stopped in to pick up holiday gifts. I genuinely love this brand and own a lot of jewelry and even was wearing it when shopping but the service here was extremely disappointing. I ended up going in for a birthday gift for myself, and the lovely woman Heather B. I absolutely adored. Today was my birthday, and she made my visit and day so much better by helping me and giving her opinion on my purchases and also gifting me a cupcake for my birthday without me asking! She surprised me with mini perfume samples in my baggie which I loved! She is amazing and I will be back to work with her again and I hope the best for her!
Susan at Kendra Scott helped me plan a Color Bar party for my daughter’s 13th birthday, and I truly cannot recommend this location enough. The store itself is absolutely beautiful and perfect for photos, but what really set the experience apart was Susan and the incredible staff. I really like the necklace I customized, but I was disappointed that my 50% birthday discount only applied to the chain. The stones only got a 20% student discount because they were treated as separate items. When I recreated the same necklace online, the full 50% applied to everything. The necklace is beautiful, but the discount inconsistency left me frustrated.
