Second time going here to do an exchange for two necklaces bc some girl that I was on the phone told me if they ever garnish I would be able to return two necklaces , so when I went to the store this other girl named Chloe only gave me one and made me pay for the other one saying they updated their policy but I’ve called several stores and they all are saying that’s not true. So she basically lied so she can make her commission of course. And now I can’t even return it because it’s final sale.
Danni was an absolute joy to work with! With my brother recent passing, Danni helped me choose a beautiful necklace, customized with my siblings' birthdays, as a gift for my mom's birthday. Great experience!
