I love Kendra Scott and the pieces in the store. Unfortunately when I went in here today, I did not have a good experience and won’t be back. They had a non-profit there and I got to have a great conversation with the non-profit. As far as the sale associates and employees, no one greeted me or asked if I needed assistance the entire time I was in the store. I was the only person in the store for a little. Horrible customer service and cheap jewelry that tarnishes and peels. They wouldn't even do an even exchange, wanted to charge me alot more money. No thanks.
Store customer service was very helpful and nice! I went in to replace my cuff bracelet that had snapped in half. Was super simple to do and no hassle.
