We were traveling to San Jose and brought my daughter and her friend to the Kendra Scott store and had the absolute best experience! The employees made them feel so special and made them necklaces with their birthstones in them and chatted with them the whole time. They felt so special! They were so kind and wonderful. I will be recommending this store to all of my friends. We will be back as this is a location that we travel to often.

So so so disappointed in Kendra Scott as a company. I purchased a ring for my daughter for her birthday online and it was shipped to me promptly. My daughter decided that it was too big and so we went to the store to exchange it for a smaller size. Unfortunately, she needs a size 5, but they didn’t have a size 5, so I asked for a return and the only thing that they could give me was a store credit at the store. There was nothing.
