I walked in and immediately felt judged. The staff looked me up and down, and even after I clearly said I was just browsing, they kept asking if I needed help—twice. It felt uncomfortable and honestly disrespectful. You should never judge someone based on how they look; you have no idea what they’re capable of spending. I actually came in ready to buy a birthday gift, but after that experience, I’d rather take my money somewhere that values customers or just shop online.

I think I’m a fan for life. I’ve been eyeing the pretty pink stone bracelets from Kendra Scott for some time.
