Drove all the way here and they are permanently closed- needs to be reflected on google.
Placed an order over the phone and didn’t receive within the next few days so called just to be sure everything was okay, and the lady who helped me went above and beyond to help figure out where my order went wrong and was extremely apologetic! Great great great customer service!!! My item arrived first thing the next morning! Thank you!!!!
I purchased a rather expensive jewelry set which I changed my mind on, and was not able to return it for a refund. It is unacceptable in this day and age to not be able to return items for a refund. It has been the default retail practice for the last few years and consumers expect it. If you do not allow refunds, your sales associates need to proactively disclose that before at checkout. The fact that it is included in the fine print of the receipt (which I received after I made payment) it not an excuse.
