The lady who helped me was Emma. She was rude and acted like I wasn’t good enough to be in the store. I told her it was my birthday and she blew it off and acted like she had better things to do than to help me. I will never go in there again. Thank you Emma for ruining my birthday.
My mom and I had a good time
This was the first Kendra Scott store I've been to. Such a wonderful experience. My daughter used the color bar to make a new necklace and I ended up deciding to as well. The staff was so helpful and friendly! Definitely a different experience than many of the previous reviews.
The staff were very welcoming, friendly, and patient. The reviews made he hesitant to shop here, but honestly the experience was very pleasant!
Horrible horrible horrible. I bought 2 necklaces here in October. One of them is so tarnished it has turned red. The other one is totally fine, but the grey/green mark it leaves on the neck is embarrassing. Talk about overpriced trash. Go on Amazon and buy the same thing for half the cost.
