Went in to have my necklace chain fixed and the lady didn’t even look at it or try. 0/10 for service. Absolutely ridiculous seeing as I’ve done it multiple times for other jewelry before. No look up for my account, not even a look at the jewelry. Probably the worst location I have ever been to. Would 100% recommend teaching staff about hospitality. Highly disappointed.

The lady who helped me was Emma. She was rude and acted like I wasn’t good enough to be in the store. I told her it was my birthday and she blew it off and acted like she had better things to do than to help me. I will never go in there again. Thank you Emma for ruining my birthday.

This was the first Kendra Scott store I've been to. Such a wonderful experience. My daughter used the color bar to make a new necklace and I ended up deciding to as well. The staff was so helpful and friendly! Definitely a different experience than many of the previous reviews.
