Cashier thought it was a good idea to make fun of my son in front of his girlfriend because he said no to rounding up for a charity. She said "do you really need the 14 cents"? We give to charities a lot but don't do all the round ups because it gets too difficult to keep track of how much you're rounding up. I told him they should have just returned their purchase. He's a lot kinder than I am.
Faulty jewelry, breaks easily and they don’t do repairs

Love this place! Everyone is so nice and helpful. I’ve purchased a few fine jewelry items and it’s excellent quality. Coming back to amend my post to say their customer service is fantastic. Incredibly impressed with the store and management and employees. Updating for a third time :-) stopped in the store again after about a year and goodness gracious just absolutely fabulous people. Love their product. Particularly love the Sterling silver collection. And as always, a wonderfully fabulous staff.
