Love this place! Everyone is so nice and helpful. I’ve purchased a few fine jewelry items and it’s excellent quality. Coming back to amend my post to say their customer service is fantastic. Incredibly impressed with the store and management and employees. Updating for a third time :-) stopped in the store again after about a year and goodness gracious just absolutely fabulous people. Love their product. Particularly love the Sterling silver collection. And as always, a wonderfully fabulous staff.

I stopped in today and worked with Sam, one of the managers. I had an issue with one of Kendra Scott necklaces. Sam replaced the necklace which made me incredibly happy. This necklace is very sentimental to me as I purchased the same one for my sister’s birthday present. Every time I wear it I get several compliments. Thank you Sam for making my day.

I love this store! The staff is exceptional, especially Erin Hersh. She goes above and beyond to make all events exceptional. She also thinks outside of the box and works with many organizations in the Madison area. Her creativity and work ethic are commendable. In addition, she is kind, funny and a pleasure to work with.
