They advertised that they were giving away surprise gifts and when we got there, the surprise gift was candy canes and hot chocolate… the people working there didn’t even know that they were giving out surprise gifts and we had to tell them for 5 minutes that they advertised they were giving out gifts. and in the end, they didn’t even give us the gifts! imagine advertising a gift, not even knowing that you’re giving them out, and it turning out to be hot chocolate. and we had to come all this way for this. embarrassing. also... read more
