Terrible experience with Kendra Scott. I went to store in Orlando, and purchased several items. Enrolled in the birthday program, the employees were happy to tell you about it. They were happy to tell you about all the offers, but they DID NOT tell you those items were non returnable. So, they DON'T tell you all you need to know. We were greeted immediately upon entering. The staff was friendly, helpful, and engaging.
Courtney is amazing! Every time I have asked for a price or wanted to shop around she has always made me feel welcomed. I absolutely felt super comfortable asking for pricing. She helped me recently with a necklace and went through so many hoops to get me what I want with an engraving. Courtney really made my experience great.
