Terrible experience with Kendra Scott. I went to store in Orlando, and purchased several items. Enrolled in the birthday program, the employees were happy to tell you about it. They were happy to tell you about all the offers, but they DID NOT tell you those items were non returnable. So, they DON'T tell you all you need to know. I got the birthday item home, and it wasn't quite as sparkly as it appeared in the store, so I decided I wanted to return it.
